      Yes! There are nanoparticles called “cellular doctors” which go inside human bodies and can detect tumors !!

      During my PhD, I was working on a protein based vaccine against Streptococcus pneumoniae. Proteins are made of amino acids are are very small. They are small enough to be considered nanoparticles. The vaccine could create pores in human cells that were just 50nm across. This vaccine did protect the mice from colonisation with bacteria, which was a really good result.
