      Top stuff, cheese. We usually have about half a dozen varieties in the house, and when we go to France, even more. My daughter (just turned eight) likes Brie and cheddar.

      I love mozzarella and cheddar particularly, especially when melted over pizza or in a toastie. I’ve also just been introduced to soft cheese like brie, which I used to think was disgusting!
