Medium to well-done for me. Not too keen on the sight of blood!

I like my steak on the rare side of medium rare. Warm all the way through with a nice seared outside. All these food questions are making me hungry!

with cheese and bacon do’t really care it’s just food we eat we should ake it for granted at the end of the day

LOTS of good ways to eat a steak – partial to mine with garlic mayo, home fries (large chips) and a green salad. I did once manage to get this on the menu for Christmas dinner instead of turkey!!

Littleman43′s menu sounds good too.
